Do I need an appointment for a tour?

What is your capacity?

150 for a seated dinner and 200 for a cocktail reception. Quick note - planners generally advise that ~80% of your guest list will attend, so if you guest list is at 185, approx 150 will come.  And we can accommodate 150 for a seated dinner!

What is included in the rental fee?

The Schoolhouse comes furnished with gold Chiavari chairs, white folding chairs, 60" round tables, 6' and 8' rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and your choice of black or ivory linens.

How much time is included?

We offer a 10 hour rental, including set up and tear down. If you need more time, let us know and we can give you a quote on pricing.

How do I book my date?

A signed contract and 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 45 days before your event. We accept payment in check or credit/debt.

Can I have both my ceremony and reception at The Schoolhouse?

Yes! We have a beautiful outdoor space and a large indoor reception space. If the weather is bad outside, we can accommodate the ceremony indoors and your caterer can flip the room for the reception.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Yes! You can bring in your own alcohol for your event. We just require a TABC bartender to serve. Cash bars are not permitted.

Are outside caterers allowed?

Yes! You can use any caterer you’d like as long as they have a Food Establishment Permit, Food Managers Certificate, and sufficient liability insurance. 

What about parking?

We have a parking lot on-site with 50 spaces. For events over 100 guests, we highly recommend a valet service. We will coordinate valet services and cost varies based on the number of guests, but the average price for 100 guests for 5 hours of service is $675.

Do you have a catering kitchen?

Yes, we have a large room with prep tables, a sink, and a large fridge that your caterer can use.
